Prepaid Maintenance:

Does your business require all the benefits of one of KYMD’s IT support Plans but you don’t want to pay by the month? Or do your business’s requirements fluctuate month by month making it difficult to have a set amount of support per month?

KYMD also offers pre-paid maintenance where a set number of hours of support can be purchased in advance, this type of support also gives you all of the benefits of a support plan* including the discounted business rate and is ideal for situations where the level of support required fluctuates from month by month.
